Bernie did.

Bernie was sweating and struggling. Not because he ran a successful company … which he did … but because he’d just arrived home after a great family trip to Aruba … and was now carrying all their luggage through the airport himself.

No matter what his wife said … he knew the bags were definitely heavier than when they’d left.

And that’s when inspiration almost ran him over. Inspiration for an idea that would change his life and travel forever.

Getting back to work he set about building a prototype of his idea … nothing fancy ... just something that worked. He was so excited he could not wait to wheel it around and show his customers.

Well as often happens with a great idea his customers were just not ready for it. Everyone thought Bernie’s idea was crazy. No man would ever use it … so no buyer bought one … however Bernie kept at it … finally after 18 months of pitching his idea … a visionary Vice-President at Macy’s demanded his buyer make an order. And Bernie’s revolutionary idea just started rolling from there.

Today, you’ll see Bernie Sadow’s inspirational idea almost anywhere you go as it revolutionized travel worldwide. And made life a lot easier for anyone carrying travel bags … wheeled luggage.

Wheeled luggage is a great idea … because sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get a good idea rolling.
